How to Return your item/s?

Tide + Seek is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.

Once your return request is accepted, please ensure that you send your item back to us within 14 days of the request. Failure to do so will result in your request falling outside our returns policy, and we may have to decline your refund.

Please note all items in our sale can only be returned for store credit or exchanges, with no refunds. If the size you wish to exchange to is not available we will issue you with store credit.

All swimwear must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags in place. Only send your items back to us if you are within the 14 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.

Once your return request is accepted, please ensure that you send your item back to us within 14 days of the request. Failure to do so will result in your request falling outside our returns policy, and we may have to decline your refund.

Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.

We are not responsible for the loss of packages if the customer has not given us the correct address/details.

Tide + Seek  does not cover custom duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

All of our swimwear is handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Unless it is a 'Final Sale' item which can only be refunded through store credit.
