How to exchange your item/s?

Tide + Seek is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for an exchange.

To make a exchange, simply follow the steps below. Please note that we will charge £3 for online exchanges to cover our restocking and shipping costs.

More Information

All swimwear must be requested to be returned or exchanged to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags in place. Only send your items back to us if you are within the 14 day period and we have already confirmed that we will accept it. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return and exchange.

Once your exchange request is accepted, please ensure that you send your item back to us within 14 days of the request. Failure to do so will result in your request falling outside our exchange policy, and we may have to decline your exchange.

Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Please note that all exchanges will only be sent out once the £3 fee has been collected, this covers our restocking and shipping costs.

Please note all items in our final sale can only be returned for store credit or exchanges, with no refunds. If the size you wish to buy is not available we will issue you with store credit.

Tide + Seek  does not cover custom duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

We are not responsible for the loss of packages if the customer has not given us the correct address/details.

Tide + Seek is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund. Unless it is a 'Final Sale' item which can only be refunded through store credit.

All of our swimwear is handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
