You can get refund for any items as long as you let us know within the 14 days of recieving your items. As soon as we recieve back your items, we shall issue your refund.
Please note all items in our final sale can only be returned for store credit or exchanges, with no refunds. If the size you wish to exchange to is not available we will issue you with store credit.
Your items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags in place.
Only send your items back to us if you have informed us within the 14 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.

We certainly do! All international orders are sent via Royal Mail and the service is registered and fully trackable.
Please expect to receive your swimwear within 5-8 working day for Europe and 10 - 12 working days for rest of world shipping after confirmation of shipment.
All of our items are shipped from the UK. If you are out of the UK, we are not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales.
If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when we complete your refund.
Yes! If you want to exchange an item/s, just like returning, send us an email to shop@tideandseek.com and let us know you would like to exchange.
We can't promise we have the sizes or style you may want to exchange for as we have limited stock, however, if the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

Our sizes currently range from XS-XXL, which is equivalent to UK 6-18.
We also have a petite range that is perfect for anyone 5"4 and under. As the torso is shorter than our regular swimsuits.

We would suggest either going for the surf bralette as it has adjustable straps or the fitness bikini top as it has the most support with thick straps and extra ban under neither the bust for more support.
No, our swimwear does not have padded cups.
All our swimwear is made with thick fabric (swimsuits have an extra lining also), offering bust support and coverage without the need for cups.
