Tide + Seek is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange, the choice is yours. To make a return, simply follow the steps below. 

How to Send Returns + Exchanges

  • Step 1 : Print and fill out the Return Form which you can download here(If you do not have access to a printer a written note with your details will also suffice)
  • Step 2 : Email us at shop@tideandseek.com to notify us of your exchange or return. 
  • Step 3 : Send your item/s and your Return Form back to us. We highly recommend using a signed for or tracked service.

  • Step 4 : Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation. 

All swimwear must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags in place. Only send your items back to us if you are within the 14 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.

Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.

Tide + Seek  does not cover custom duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

Tide + Seek is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

All of our swimwear is handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
